Service Supervisor

• Supervise and mentor a team of pest control technicians.

• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements.

• Monitor inventory and coordinate the procurement of supplies and equipment.

• Assist in training new staff and providing ongoing development for the team.

• Proven experience in services or a related field.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Knowledge of residential and commercial practices.

• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel between job sites.
